Olivia supports CommonHealth ACTION’S day-to-day operations and programs, including accounting, IT, and staff training. Known as the “IT Guru,” she manages the purchase and introduction of new equipment, trains staff on new systems and software, and ensures seamless implementation across all programs.

Olivia is passionate about promoting teamwork and supporting engaging conversations around Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and her technical knowledge has helped the CHA team navigate new technologies for virtual facilitation and client work. 

Prior to joining CommonHealth ACTION, Olivia worked in the hospitality industry. An avid traveler fluent in Portuguese, Olivia loves working with people and helping teams run smoothly. 

Hailing from Charleston, S.C., Olivia earned an LPN from Southeastern Institute.
