Hanley Fultz

Program Manager

Hanley manages projects and activities for the Assessments and Evaluation team. An evaluation and learning expert, Hanley oversees EDI assessment data collection, analysis and presentations, and provides support for leadership programs.

I take action for equity because in order for us all to grow, no one can be left behind.

Prior to joining CommonHealth ACTION, Hanley contributed to international development programs that supported family planning uptake and reducing gender-based violence through the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University. A former Fulbright grantee, his extensive international experience includes time living and working in Taiwan, China, and Japan.

Hanley earned an MA in International Development from American University, and a BA in International Studies and Politics from Earlham College
