ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

CommonHealth ACTION’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Training Institute features a proprietary curriculum that serves as the foundation for our learning experiences and reflects how we frame our work and perspective. The curriculum includes tools and processes that support the learner’s perspective transformation and ensures the practical application of the knowledge gained from the learning experience. We show participants how to use an equity lens to analyze and design policies, programs, and practices while applying that same approach to their individual decisions, behaviors, and actions.
