We are looking for a Senior Manager who will lead our expanding program portfolio including but not limited to the development and day-of-day management of Strategic Initiatives for Culture of Health Leaders and community practice activities for other client portfolios; implementation of technical assistance; grant-writing, and engagement in organizational and staff development activities.

The Senior Manager of Community Practice will lead a small team in supporting people, groups, and communities in achieving social change by centering needs, leadership, and experiences of those most impacted by inequities. This position will also lead the Culture of Health Leaders (COHL) Strategic Initiative process and provide 1-1 and group technical assistance to program participants.

The Program Manager will manage and implement programs for diverse clients with whom we work to map, make, manage, measure, and master change.  This position requires interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and political acumen.
